Orders Related
Placing an order with Shop4Smile.in is very simple.
1. Product Selection
a. Select the product you want to purchase and accordingly select the size and quantity of the product
b. Add product to cart by clicking “Add to Cart”
2. Cart Review
a. Go to cart by “View Cart” to complete order and click “Continue to Pay” to complete order
Or
b. Add more products to cart by clicking “Continue shopping”
3. Billing and shipping Information
a. Fill up complete delivery address and contact details
b. Select mode of payment
c. Click “Place Order”
4. Sign Up / Login to Shop4Smile Account
a. If you already have an account, click login
b. If not, select Sign up option to create one (You can sign up through your Google / Facebook id as well)
5. Order Confirmation
a. Complete order details – Order ID, email id, date, order amount and mode of payment
Shop4Smile has made the cancellation of orders simple
The order cancellation can be done through “My Account” section
Go to “My Account” click “My Orders”
Click on the order you want to cancel (Only possible if the order has not been shipped)
If the order has been shipped, you can request the “Returns”
We apologize for the inconvenience caused, however, this is one of the rarest situations we fall in to during some exhaustive days. This may happen due to extreme weather situations / technical fault / unforeseen events. Under such situations, we inform our customers on priority basis and amend the shipping and delivery timeline accordingly. In such a situation of delay, we do update you with new delivery schedule via email / text message. Alternatively, you can also view the status by visiting your ‘My Orders’ within “My Account” on our website.
Payments Related
Yes online payment is 100% secure. You will be transferred to our secure server which is secured by highest level of transaction security. All credit card and debit card payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. Your payment information will not be detained by our website.
Shop4Smile accepts Indian Credit / Debit cards / Net Banking / COD
Credit cards – We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
Debit cards – We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Rupay debit cards.
Payment through wallets like- Paytm , Mobikwick etc. or e-banking is also accepted.
In generic situations, COD always reflects as the mode of payment on checkout page. However, in certain situations mentioned below, it might not.
Exceeding order amount value – If your order value is INR 20,000 then the COD option is unavailable.
In this rarest or rare occasion because of some issues with the payment gateway, you may have received a debit amount message from your bank but the credit is not visible to us. This is because some payment takes 24-48 business hours to get settled completely. Please wait for sometime, your patience and support is highly appreciated
However, if you still don’t receive any update for successful payment after 24 hours, please confirm with us.
Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing address and the password. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, if available on the payment page. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank
NOTE- Before going for the payment transaction make sure that you have active internet and network connection to avoid such problems.

Generally, most products takes 3-4 business days to reach at your doorsteps. However some products mostly equipments listed below takes more time to get delivered unlike others.

For National Orders:
You will be happy to know that we have free shipping above Rs 3000 (INR)
However, if you wish to buy any product below the free shipping amount we will charge a small amount of Rs 100 (INR) only We understand your concern for lesser shipping charges, but we have some rules which we have to abide in order to serve you well in longer run.
For International Orders:
We do not have free shipping on international orders yet.

Returns & Refunds Related
Returns of products which are not covered in warranty or are over the replacement timeline of 10 Days will not be accepted. The following products are not eligible for returns at all:
Dental Equipment
Face Mask
Headgears
Chin caps
Orthodontic trainers
The returns are only applicable if, the product has been tampered or broken sue to defective packaging or the product is faulty.
In a rare situation, if wrong product has been delivered to you, we apologize for the same and the replacement will be initiated within 5 working days, after receiving products returned from your end. However, we do maintain that the product returned should be in acceptable condition.
The granted refunds take upto 7 working days to reflect in your bank account. However, in any case, you do not receive the amount back in your account within the stipulated time period, please connect with us on support@shop4smile.in Our team will get in touch with you.
Prepaid Orders – Refund to bank account
The refunds are initiated through Paytm Payment Gateway for payments through Debit / Credit Card.
Account Related
Add & Manage Addresses- If you need to add/delete an address from your account, you can update these from the Settings section in Your Account. The Default address lets you place an order by skipping the “Select a Delivery Address” page.
Note: When you click “Buy Now” on any product detail page, the Default Address will automatically be chosen as the shipping address for that order. Updating an address in “Your Account” will not change the shipping address on any open orders or previous order(s) you have placed. The changes will only apply to orders that you place in the future.
Manage Orders- To cancel order- It’s a very simple process for cancelling an order in Shop4smile. Just go to the order section, there is an option for cancelling an order before it gets shipped. Once it get shipped you can’t cancel the order, what you can do is drop a email to us regarding you cancellation of the order and don’t accept the order when the courier guys brings it to address. To check order history- Click on my dashboard to check your order history. You can even check you’re the products in your wishlist and purchase them later as per your convenience.
If you’re having trouble signing in, you may be entering incorrect account information, here are some things to check:
Clear Your Browser’s Cache and Cookies- Your Internet browser’s “Help” menu will have instructions for how to clear the cache and cookies.
CAPS Lock and NUM Lock on Your Keyboard- Passwords are case sensitive, so “PASSWORD” and “Password” are recognized as two different passwords.
Incorrect E-mail Address- Your e-mail address must be in this format: username@domain.com (or .net, .org, .edu, etc.). If you have more than one e-mail address, be sure that you’re using the correct e-mail address and password combination for the account you are trying to access. Also, if your computer is set to auto-complete the e-mail, make sure it’s the correct e-mail address listed.
Incorrect Password- If you’re sure you’re using the correct e-mail address or mobile phone number, try to reset your password.

Product Related
Doctors! We deal only with the brands. Shop4smile directly fetch the products from the original manufacturers to fulfill your dental requirements. Thus only a genuine product is shipped when ordered.
Also, we provide authenticity cards and there are QR codes printed on the products. They can be scanned to check the originality of the product.
In-stock assures the availability of the product with us. If your selected product is in stock that means it is available in our warehouse and will be dispatched as soon as you place order for it.
“Sold Out” means that minimum stock level of the product is not maintained with us.
If you find any information missing on the product page. It can be because of some error or else we might have missed what you want to know. Click on “Raise Ticket” below and notify us so that we can provide you with best possible information.
Currently, installation of any product is limited to Delhi/NCR area only. Please check the individual product page to see if these services are offered for the product you want to order.
“Raise Ticket” by clicking on the button below to claim for the warranty on a product provided. Read the warranty/expiry section given below the product page to check on which part of the product warranty is applicable.
Warranty on any product in shop4smile is against it’s manufacturing defect and errors. Physical damage or any kind of manipulation with the product is not covered under it.
This can be better explained with an example-
If you buy a product having 1 year warranty on it, strictly the warranty is on it’s manufacturing. If any defect found within warranty years, product will be taken back for servicing and rectification. Our courier person will come to collect the product. Customers needs to pack it well as reverse in-transit damage is liable for customer’s to bear. The product will be handed over to the original manufacturing company for the servicing in the warranty years.
